Price quoted are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) & for ground arrangement only (excluding flight ticket).

Travel period: 5 October 2017 - 15 May 2018 (15 Muharram - 29 Syaaban 1439H).

Minimum of stay required: 6 nights (3 nights in Madinah & 3 nights in Makkah). 

Freedom to exclude ziarah programs & mutawwif services will be given to experienced frequent travelers. (Please indicate your request in the Booking Form). First timers are advised to take full ground package.

Standard room accommodation at the selected hotel based on no. of nights requested.

Meal package and menu as assigned or selected:

• Bed & Breakfast (BB) – buffet breakfast will be provided at the assigned restaurant/dining hall as per scheduled meal time.

• Fullboard (FB) – buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner will be provided at the assigned restaurant/dining hall as per scheduled meal time.

Meet & greet/send-off services during arrival & departure at the airport.

Mutawwif services [and Muzawwirah service for female participants during Raudhah visit (inside ziarah)].

Transportation services from arrival until departure as per type of vehicle assigned or selected.

Outside visit (ziarah) – 1 visit in Madinah & 2 visits in Makkah (i.e. Ja’ranah & Hudaibiyah).

Travel Insurance for each individual participant.

Packed bottle of 5 litre of zam-zam water.

Application & processing of umrah visa (if needed). (Kindly take note that the issuance of umrah visa is solely & absolutely based on the approval & discretion of the government of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and their Embassy in the country).

International/ domestic flight ticket.

Additional fee of SAR2,000 chargeable to subsequence umrah visa issued to the same person in the same or previous Hijri year.

Flight excess baggage, laundry, telephone, internet, sim & data card and other expenses on personal nature.
